Description -
Indori Poha is eaten in the various part of Madhya Pradesh. It is made of flaten rice and serve in breakfast. It is very healthy and part of a balanced diet.

Recipe -
Take a frying pan and add some oil. When the oil is hot, add Cumin, Asafetida, Green Chillies, Onion and Curry Leaves. After sometime when Onion is slightly brown, add soaked Poha, Turmaric, Sugar, lemon and mix them all.
Cover the lead and leave it for 5-10 minutes in low flame.
Take the Poha is a serving plate, sprinkle some Poha masala (Jiraman), Onion, Tomato, Indori Sev and wedge of lemon. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve the tasty and delicious ๐ Poha.

- 1 cup soaked Poha
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Tomato
- 2 Green Chilies

- 1 pinch Asafetida (hing)

- 1/2 tsp Turmaric (haldi)
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Indori sev
- Coriander for garnishing
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
