चीज़ सिगार रोल कैसे बनाएं । How to make Cheese Cigar Rolls

डिस्क्रिप्शन - चीज़ सिगार रोल को घर में बनाना बहुत ही आसान है। बेकरी में आसानी से उपलब्ध स्प्रिंग रोल शीट में चीज़ भर कर बड़ी ही आसानी से इसे बनाया जा सकता है।


सामग्री -
  • 200 ग्राम चीज़
  • 5 स्प्रिंग रोल शीट
  • 2 हरी मिर्च
  • 1/2 टेबलस्पून कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च
  • 1/2 टेबलस्पून पिसी हुई काली मिर्च
  • 2 टेबलस्पून मैदा
  • 4 टेबलस्पून पानी
  • तलने के लिए ऑयल
  • नमक स्वादनुसार


रेसिपी -


  1. चीज़ को कद्दूकस कर लीजिए
  2. इसमें हरी मिर्च, हरा धनिया, कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च और नमक डाल कर अच्छे से मिला लीजिए
  3. मिश्रण को दस भागों में बांट कर हाथों से रोल कर लीजिए
  4. एक कटोरी में मैदा लेकर उसमें पानी डाल कर उसका गाड़ा घोल बना लीजिए
  5. स्प्रिंग रोल शीट लेकर उसके दो टुकड़े ट्राइंगल शेप में कर लीजिए ( वीडियो में दिखाए अनुसार)
  6. अब एक शीट पर चीज़ का मिश्रण रखिए और मैदे का घोल लगाकर शीट को अच्छी तरह से रोल कर लीजिए
  7. एक कड़ाही में ऑयल लेकर उसे अच्छे से गर्म कर लें
  8. ऑयल के गर्म होने के बाद चीज़ सिगार को उसमें डाल दें और सुनहरा होने तक अच्छे से तल लीजिए
  9. चीज़ सिगार को कढ़ाही में से निकाल कर चिली सॉस के साथ सर्व कीजिए

सामग्री



फिरनी बनाने के लिए -

  • 1 लीटर दूध
  • 1/2 कप भीगा हुआ राइस पाउडर
  • 1/2 कप चीनी
  • 1/2 इलायची
  • 5-6 केसर के धागे
  • 1/2 कप पिस्ता


चिक्की बनाने के लिए -


  • 1 टेबल स्पून बादाम
  • 1/2 कप चीनी

Delicious Rice Phirni


Description – Phirni is made of Rice and Milk. It is a north Indian sweet, which is garnished with Almonds and Pistachios


                                                              Ingredients



To make Phirni -


·         1 Ltr Milk

·         ½  Cup soaked rice powder

·         ½ Cup Sugar

·         ½ Tsp Cardamom (Ilaychi)

·         5-6 threads of Saffron (Kesar)

·         ½ Tsp Pistachios (Pista)


To make Chikki -


·         1 Tsp Almonds (Badam)

·         ½ Cup Sugar

Serving Quantity – 3-4 Cups

 Recipe (Phirni)

1.       Wash rice and let them dry in kitchen towel

2.       After some time, grind the rice in Rawa consistency

3.       Take a Kadhai and add milk. When milk becomes warm, add sugar and ager some time add rice powder.

4.       Stir it continuously

5.       Add Cardamom and Saffron in it

6.       Cook rice in the milk on low flame. When mixture is thicken, Phirni will be ready

7.       Keep it in freezer 30 minutes


Recipe (Chikki) –

1.       Take a frying pan and add sugar

2.       When Sugar is caramelized, pour into the silicon cups and add chopped almonds

3.       Chikki will be set after some time

Serving –


Take the bowl and pour chilled Phirni in it. Garnish it with almonds chikki and Pistachios. Tasty Chilled Phirni is ready to serve.

Uttpam


Description – Uttapam is a south Indian dish. It is commonly eaten in breakfast. Uttapam is thicker than Dosa and topped with finely chopped onions and tomatoes.


Ingredients


·         1 Cup Dosa better (Please watch the previous post “How to make Butter Dosa“ to know, how to make better)

·         1 Big onion (Finely Chopped)

·         1 Bit Tomato (Finely Chopped)

·         1 Tsp Red chilli powder

·         Salt to taste

·         2 Tsp Oil

Serving Quantity – 2-3 persons

Recipe

1.       Take a tawa and put it on flame

2.       Pour the better on hot tawa and spread it

3.       Sprinkle tomato & onion with salt and chilli

4.       Cover it and cook it on medium flame for 1 minute

5.       Once the base is firmed, then flip it

6.       Cook it from other side with some oil

7.       Serve it with coconut chatni

Mango Sandesh


Description – Mango Sandesh is a Bengali Sweet. Recipe to make this mouthwatering sweet is very easy and can be cooked in 60 minutes.




Ingredients



To make Chhena –

·         1 Ltr Milk

·         1.5 Tsp Vinegar

For Mango Sandesh –

·         ½ Cup powder sugar

·         1 Cup Chhena

·         1 Cup Mango puree

·         1 pinch cardamom (Elaychi powder)

·         7 to 8 threads of Saffron (Kesar)

·         ½ Tsp Pistachios (Pista)

Serving Quantity – 8 to 10 Pieces

Recipe

1.       Take a pan and add one Ltr milk and boil it

2.       Mix some vinegar, when milk is boiled

3.       Milk will began to curdle

4.       Turn off the heat

5.       Take another pan and cover it with a cotton cloth

6.       Pour the curdle milk and add some Ice cubes (Shown in Video)

7.       Pour 2-3 cup of water over the Chhena to wash it off

8.       Hold the cloth from all 4 corners and squeeze it gently

9.       Tie the cloth from its corners and hang it somewhere for 25 minutes

10.   Now the Chhena is ready

11.   Place the Chhena on a plate and knead it for 8-10 minutes

12.   Take nonstick pan and add Chhena with powder sugar

13.   Stir for 2-3 minutes

14.   Now add Mango pulp, Cardamom powder and Saffron

15.   Stir continue for 12-15 minutes

16.   Now make small balls, when the mixture is completely cool

17.   Make some space in balls by pushing them from center

18.   Add Mango pulp in the center and garnish it with Pistachios

19.   Place the Sandesh in Refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes

20.   Mango Sandesh is ready

Khaman Dhokla


Description -  Khaman Dhokla is a Gujrati Dish. It is made of Chickpeas flour (Besan) and eaten in breakfast. It is a low calorie food and served with Green Chatni and Sauce.






Ingredients


Better –


·         1 Cup Chickpeas flour (Besan)

·         1 Lemon

·         2 Tsp Sugar

·         Salt to taste

·         1 Tsp Oil

·         1 Tsp  Eno Fruit Salt

·         1.5 Cup Water

Tempering –


·         2 Tsp Oil

·         10-12 Curry Leaves (Curry Patta)

·         Mustard Seeds (Rai)

·         ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

·         2 Tsp Sugar

·         1 Cup Water

·         Salt to taste

Recipe -




Better –


1.       Pour 3-4 Cup water in Steamer and heat it on medium flame

2.       Apply the oil on the Steamer plates

3.       Get the water in a bowl and add Lemon, Sugar & Salt in it

4.       Mix it well

5.       Add Chickpeas flour and mix it properly for smooth better

6.       Add fruit Salt in better and add 2 Tsp of oil

7.       Mix it well

8.       Pour the better immediately in steamer plate

9.       Place the plate in the steamer for 15-17 minutes on medium flame

10.   Take out the plate from steamer and let it be cool for few minutes

11.   Cut the Dhokla into small pieces

Tempering –


1.       Pour 2 Tsp oil in a pan and put it on the high flame

2.       Add Mustard seeds

3.       When it starts to crackle, add curry leaves, water, sugar & salt

4.       Cook it for 2-4 minutes on high flame

5.       Tempering is ready

Serving –


Pour the tempering on Dhoklas very well and ensure that Dhokla is coated properly with tempering. Garnish it with chopped Coriander leaves and serve it with fried green chillies, sauce and green chatni.

Butter Masala Dosa


Butter Masala Dosa

Description Masala Dosa is a South Indian Dish, which is commonly liked in every part of the country. It is made of rice and served with Coconut chatni and tasty sambhar.

Ingredients

Dosa Better –

·         3 Cups Rice

·         1 Cup Urad  Dal

·         ½ Tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana)

Sambhar -

·         1 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)

·         ½ Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana)

·         Pinch of Asafetida (Hing)

·         Handful of Curry leaves (Kadhi Patta)

·         1 Small piece of Jaggery (Gud)

·         1 Tsp Sambhar Masala

·         1 Tsp red Chilli powder

·         2 dry red chilles

·         2 Tsp oil

·         ½ Cup Tamarind water (Imaly ka pani)

·         1 Big Potato

·         1 Big Onion

·         100 Gram Pumpkin

·         1 Big Tomato

·         1 Cup boiled Split Pigeon Peas (Tuar ki Dal)

·         Handful of Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)

·         Salt to taste


Potato Filling –


·         3 Big boiled potatoes

·         5-6 Green Chillies

·         2 Tsp oil

·         ½ Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)

·         ½ Tsp Fennel Seeds (Sounf)

·         1 Pinch Asafetida (Hing)

·         ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)

·         ½ Tsp Urad Dal

·         ½ Tsp Yellow Split Peas (Chana Dal)

·         2 Dry Red Chillis

·         Handful of Curry Leaves (Cadhi  Patta)

·         Salt to taste

Coconut Chatni -


·         ½ Fresh Coconuts

·         2-3 Green Chillis

·         ½ Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

·         Salt to taste


Recipe -

Dosa Better –

1.       Wash rice, fenugreek seeds and Urad daal

2.       Soke them for 5-6 hours

3.       Add daal and rice to the blender and pour some water to make a thick better. Better must be thick and smooth in consistency

4.       Transfer the better in a container

5.       Place better at a warm place for fermentation about 8-10 hours. Better should turn fluffy

6.       Add salt after fermentation and mix It well

7.       Take a kadhai and add oil

8.       Add Cumin seeds, Urad daal,  Chana dall, Dry chillies, Curry Patta, Fennel Seeds and Asafetida

9.       Mix them well

10.   Add Turmeric powder and add boiled potato with salt

11.   Mix them well

12.   Cover the lid for sometime

13.   Uncover the lid after 2-3 minutes

14.   Add handful of Coriander leaves and mix them well

Sambhar –

1.       Take a pan with oil and add Asafetida, Cumin and Mustard seeds

2.       When they are crackled, add red chillies and curry patta

3.       Mix well and add Onion, Tomato, Potato & Pumpkin

4.       Add some salt and water

5.       Mix them and cover the lid. After 5-10 minutes, all vegetables will be slightly cooked

6.       Add Turmeric powder and Red chilly powder and mix them well

7.       Now add boiled Split Pigeon Peas, tamarind water, Jaggery and one cup water

8.       Mix them well and cover the lid for 10-12 minutes

9.       Open the lid after 10-12 minutes and add Sambhar Masala

10.   Mix them very well and add Coriander leaves

Coconut Chatni –

1.       Take a mixer jar and fresh coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt and some water

2.       Grind them and chatni is ready

Dosa –

1.       Take a Dosa tawa and put it on the flame

2.       When tawa is hot, sprinkle some water and clean it with Cotton cloth

3.       Pour a ladle full of better on tawa

4.       Spread it for round dosa

5.       Spread 1 Tsp soft butter around the edges (Base will turn golden in sometime)

6.       Add potato sabji in middle and spread it evenly

7.       Add onion and tomato and spread it

8.       Fold the dosa from both sides

9.       Dosa will turn Golden

Butter Masala Dosa is ready. Serve it in plate with Sambhar and Coconut Chatni.
